Cachandeliers Return Policy
At Cachandeliers, we take pride in offering exceptional lighting solutions crafted to elevate your space with elegance and sophistication. While we hope every order meets your expectations, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary. Please review our policy carefully before initiating any return or cancellation request.
Our products are eligible for returns within 30 days from the date of the delivery. We cannot accept returns after 30 days.
We prioritize replacing defective items. If a replacement cannot be provided within a reasonable time frame, we will offer a full refund at the customer’s discretion.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
- Condition: Items must be unused, not installed, and returned in their original packaging with all included components and accessories.
- Proof: We may require proof of purchase and photos showing the condition of the item prior to return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Gift cards or store credits
- Open-box items (see Open Box section below)
Our return process
To initiate a return:

Select the item you wish to return and submit a request, including the reason and relevant photos (if applicable).

Ship the item securely. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified.
Cachandeliers does not provide pre-paid return labels, except for specific products clearly marked as eligible for free returns.
Ensure that all components, accessories, and original packaging materials are included and properly packed.
Items returned without prior authorization, or that are incomplete, poorly packaged, or damaged during return transit may be subject to additional fees or refused entirely.

Before shipping, we strongly recommend that you:
– Take clear photos of the interior and exterior of the package
– Use a tracked and insured shipping service
– Email us the receipt and tracking number at support@cachandeliers.shop
Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Cachandeliers reserves the right to apply a 10% restocking or refurbishment fee if the returned product is not in its original condition, including packaging and accessories.

Other Policies
Open Box Policy
Open-box items offer a great opportunity to purchase high-end lighting at a discounted price. These products are typically customer returns that have been carefully inspected, tested, and restocked by our warehouse team.
Please note the following conditions:

No customization is available on open-box items.

Warranty still applies, just like with new items.

Final Sale: All open-box orders are non-refundable and not eligible for return.

We do our best to ensure each unit is fully functional and in near-new condition.

If you experience any issues with your open-box item, our team will work with you to resolve them — repairs or part replacements may be offered depending on the situation.
Warranty
All products purchased from Cachandeliers come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.
Please note:

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

It does not cover normal wear and tear or damages caused by improper installation.

Cachandeliers reserves the right to request evidence (photos and/or videos) of the defective parts before approving any claim.

Only one warranty claim per incident is allowed.

This warranty applies to all products, including LEDs but excluding consumables like light bulbs
Defects found during the warranty period will be resolved with free replacements upon provision of valid proof.
Damages & Defects
At Cachandeliers, we work closely with our suppliers to ensure the highest quality products and secure packaging.
In rare cases where you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for replacement parts to be sent promptly and at no cost to you.
Important:

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery and before installation begins.

Requests for return or replacement of damaged or defective items will not be accepted if reported after this 7-day period.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges unless the item is damaged or broken.
If your fixture arrives damaged, please contact us promptly. We will assist you by replacing damaged parts or the entire fixture, depending on the situation.
For a faster process, we recommend returning the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Cancellation Policy
If you change your mind after placing your order, you may request a change or cancellation by emailing support@cachandeliers.shop within 24 hours of placing the order.
If more than 24 hours have passed, cancellation is no longer guaranteed. However, you can still return the item to our warehouse once it has been delivered to be eligible for a refund under our Return Policy.
