Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only to customers located within the United States.

How will my order be shipped?
Most fixtures will be shipped by UPS, FedEx or DHL. For any specific delivery needs, please contact our customer support at support@cachandeliers.shop or on this WhatsApp number +14389924648.

Where will my order be shipped from?
We are a Canada-based company that sources our lighting from several vendors within the US, Europe and Asia. Depending on product availability, products will be shipped from our warehouse in the United States (1275 Oak Point Avenue, Bronx, NY 10474 USA).

How can I track my package?
You will receive a tracking number after the order is shipped and you will be able to track the package on the logistics company's tracking tool or by entering your order number here.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Time frame for order delivery:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our global shipping team for dispatch within 2-4 days after the order is placed. Once an order has been processed a tracking number will be generated and forwarded to you via email. If you have not received your tracking number within 6 business days, kindly inform us by email at support@cachandeliers.shop and include your order number.

Shipping time: Our free premium shipping is usually delivered within 6-12 business days. Estimated delivery dates are mentioned just above the "add to cart" button.

Estimated total delivery time (processing time + shipping time): 8-16 business days (Mon-Fri).

Please be sure to enter your address correctly. We are not responsible for lost packages due to an incomplete or incorrect address or customs clearance issues.

While we strive to deliver goods within the specified time frame, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or customs processing. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

If more than 10 days beyond the estimated delivery dates have passed and you still haven't received your order, please email us at support@cachandeliers.shop to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Note: If customers fail to be at the location to receive the package and/or refuse to work with us and the shipping company to retrieve the package, which results in the package being sent back to us, the shipping cost will be charged (it can be very costly, up to several hundreds of dollars).

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  1. Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

  2. Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war.

  3. Delays in delivery caused by any other circumstances beyond our control, such as public holidays and customs issues.

Will there be duties/taxes on my package?
Customers are responsible for all taxes, duties or tariffs if applied by your local customs. Note that the taxes, duties, or tariffs are not part of the shipping charges.

What if there is shipping damage?
Please get in touch with us within 7 days if there is any shipping damage. Shipping companies (like UPS, FedEx, DHL) only accept shipping damage claims within one week after delivering the product. Therefore, you will be responsible for any cost related to the shipping damage if you do not contact us within one week.
